the location provided excellent access to public transport and nearby attractions the staff demonstrated really good kindness and assistance i found the private parking in the basement garage very convenient and secure the room was clean and had everything i needed.

the room temperature was hard to regulate exactly but i opened a window.

the check-in was efficient and friendly the staff addressed my inquiries quickly and professionally i observed the housekeeping team maintaining clean conditions on every floor of the hotel i encountered the staff were always ready with a smile.

The location is in a quiet street yet near the centre of St Pauli. The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. The room was well-equipped. The bed provided one of the best sleeps I've experienced in a hotel.

I charged my car at the electric port. I received a high ticket two days later. I normally pay considerably less for a full charge.
